Ed has excellent skills in evaluating business and assets, finance, and structuring deals. A strong closer with skills for the emotional/psychological aspects of the deal to keep all in the bucket.
At the same time, he is running a 1500 ha organic crop farm in the Limbazi region.

Martins Rolis - working in the agricultural sector in the Baltics for the last 20 years, selling machinery and agricultural raw materials, like fertiliser/grain, building grain handling facilities, and production sites. Excellent in assessing the overall value of the equipment, and stocks. Responsible for sorting out the document chain for the deals.
